First, the negative. The cat bowl arrived without instructions, assembly, or care advice. It arrived with 2 of the 3 expected filters, and the electric adapter to connect to the wall outlits was not present. That for obvious reasons, is a little disappointing as it can impact a buyer's experience. Some may struggle to assemble the dishbowl without the instructions, and others may really need advice on not geting the electric outlet wet (I would like to believe that it doesn't have to be said, but label warnings exists for a reason...).That being said, we had purchased this dishes for our two cats. There has been a few complications with their feeding, and water drinking. Let me explain, both cats are very anxious to drink from their old water bowl. Their vet explained that it is a fairly common issue for cats as they often cannot see the water and need assistance with the depth perception. For one cat, he would scoot the bowl across the floor to make ripples in the water, and end up sending water EVERYWHERE. The other cat, would utilize her food to toss it into the water for the same affect. This, of course, would deter the other cat's appetite because he only wants clean water (spoiled, it's my fault). It would also clog up the water dispenser as one could imagine, and make an awful smell, requiring washing twice a day. Thus, the reason for why we purchased this for bowl. The set up without the instructions took a little bit longer, as I wanted to ensure I was assembling it appropriately. It was however, fairly obvious to set together, and utilizing a spare adapter, assembly was complete. The next issue was convincing the cats to take a risk, as they do not enjoy having water splashed against them (yet have attempted the toilet in the past? Cats are weird). After having the set up complete, I attempted to have them discover their food with shaking the bowl, but the newness of the water fountain detered them initially. Thus why I strongly suggest picking up a rare, stinky treat... I chose the forbidden can tuna. From there, it took a natural course. One overcame the running water's presence quickly for the opportunity of tuna. With the potential of no leftovers, the second cat followed suit. Within two hours, we have cats who utilize the water bowl, and I'm happy to announce that so far, there is no stanky wet cat food!It's a little much for cats, isn't it? Probably, but I'm not even sorry. Our cats deserve it!

I recently adopted a stray who was clearly dehydrated upon arrival to our home. His urine stunk up the entire first floor of our home and something had to be done. After introducing the water fountain, this boy can’t get enough. No more urine smells and he has much more energy. He stinks less in general. The fountain itself is easy to assemble and works perfectly. The filters it come with catch hair and other debris well, but do get saturated pretty quickly. I’ve gotten several compliments on the style of the fountain as well.

We got this for the kitty since it looked adorable and our cat likes to drink water from the sink and bathtub. He drank water just fine and ate just fine too! It’s really cute and it is very quiet you can barely hear it! It also came with extra filters which is very nice. It was pretty easy to assemble. The only thing you would need is a usb wall port since the cord is a usb end.

It works great, I love that I could get a raised food bowl and water fountain in one, but my cat is too messy. He’ll drop kibble into the water part and then that clogs up the filter, then the pump so that’s annoying to clean out. It’s really quiet as long as it’s more than 1/3 full

I don’t write reviews. But I take my pets seriously lol. I love this product already. It’s so quiet. It holds a good amount of food and water. 3 - l which is awesome !!! I had a different fountain and had to chuck it it would get dirty real fast, a mucky buildup. I clean it every week and it just didn’t stay clean. The container was smaller too so the water level would drop quick exposing the pump so it would get loud. With the jeeramia fountain it holds 3x the water meaning it will stay quiet longer allowing me to not have to refill it every day. It came with 3 filters and a lil brush to clean the actual pump itself. So the product will last longer. I love the color of it. I love the light in the water. It is so aesthetically pleasing I’m excited to see what it looks like at night 👍🏼 and my kitty looks so cute drinking from a daisy so thank youuuuu. Must buy. Worth the money and you’re not over spending either. Would recommend.

Super cute love the flower detail! It has little to no sound

My cat love this fountain so much that when it stopped working she gave me problems drinking out of her old bowl. Luckily the customer service is fantastic and quickly sent me a new pump. Kitty is happy again <3 She drinks more water since I have started her with this bowl which make me very happy. The bowl is adorable and I always get comments on it when people are in my home. I have no regrets about this purchase.

My cat was hesitant with the water fountain at first, but now she loves this thing so much. I think it makes her feel cutsey and classy!! It works so well and she falls asleep next to it because the water droplet sounds are soooo peaceful!! A total must buy for cat lovers!!

Don't understand complaints about motot/flower alignment, would have been better if cord from motor was inline with the routing channel.Replacement filter pads come in packs of 6 but cost $10 more than the complete kit that has 3 spares. Does not come with adaptor to plug usb into wall. I have the water dish in the bathroom, and in Canada outlets over counters/vanities has wall outlets installed at a specific height. This height happens to be 2 inches away from end of USB cable. . Make sure you have a USB extension cable and a USB power adaptor before ordering.

The media could not be loaded.  First off, it's a super cute fountain and both my cat & dog love to drink from its (especially my cat)So my "poor" rating comes from the fact that I've had this item just shy of two months, and I find that lately the water has been collecting as a pool and overflowing quite a bit - even though I don't go over the water limit.So I have to put down small towels to collect the water and refill it daily, whereas before it's been good for about x3 days before a refill is needed.Other than that, it's relatively non-noisy and when it does get louder than it's time for a refill.

I have 3 dog's and a cat and they all love it they used it always..

At first it looks great even have a filter to protect the health of our cat. In reality the big water container just become a stagnant pool where, yes , water circulate but its the same water. Mix it with sun rays through the day to raise the bacteria,. Add to that a couple of pieces of food drop off by the cat in the water. You get a real messy water and the cat knows not to drink it.So we're back to square one, no running fresh water for the cat.
