The media could not be loaded.  This is from a person who never flossed. I wanted to start flossing and was not very comfortable with string floss. So ordered this water flosser and was a good choice. Its really worth the money at this price. Does precise cleaning and has three Modes with different pressures. I love the color, design. I love the touch and feel of the product. Easy to fill, hold and use. Holds good amount of water. Charging cable and two floss tips are included in the pack. Cleans the gaps really well and is a great addition to mg dental care routine.The floss tip can be speperated and stored for ease of packing or travel. Doesn't take up any space while packing. Good experience overall and would definitely recommend.

I purchased Cosmic Lavender Perfora Mini Flosser on 19 Apr 23. This product carries a warranty of one year. However, it stopped charging and working on 29 Sep 23. I have been continuously trying to seek telephonic assistance to no avail. After considerable pleading, multiple mails and telephonic followup, the product has finally been picked up for repair today after 10 days. God knows when the repaired item/replacement will arrive. The service is absolutely terrible, their customer service does not provide any ticket number, even when asked for.

Nice and compact, with good pulse and soft mode for beginners.The charging magnet is too close to water inlet.And the inside of water tank cannot be reached for cleaning wonder what will happen in long term (bacteria wise)

Pros-Good looking-Powerfull enough to clean tight gaps, pulse mode is more than enough for normal usage.-Handy and seems durable-You can store the nozzle in water inlet space(it is designed for it but no mention in manual)-it uses standard nozzle easily available on amazon if these breaks. But perfora should list their own accessories so we feel safe.Cons --Magnetic charging cable is average quality and as it is not any standard cable you can't get a new one if it goes bad. Perfora should list this too as available accessory.-It gives red and green light on charging and blinking lights on device for settings. No mention in manual what these are for and what it exactly indicates, but you can sort it out.- instead of pause button it should have had hold to operate button.I can not fill it from tap as it was big after expansion. So had to use a tumbler. I mixed 1 tbsp of mouth wash with the water.You can finish cleaning without the need of refill. I use it by pausing between teeths. It was my first time using water flosser but I learnt it quickly.Will keep on updating this with time as currently I just had my first session of cleaning.Edit 1 -Flosser is good and working after 1 month.25 flossing sessions completed from last charging done and still no need to recharge. No loss in power.Edit 2 -Flosser is dead in 2 months. It just makes a sound for a sec on power on off. Will email to perfora to check if I get a replacement. Reducing rating to three star. Will update once replacement is done.Edit 3 -My flosser was dead after 2 months of usage, I emailed it to perfora and the whole exchange process under warranty was finished in 5days. I would make this review 5 star from 4 star, just because of this amazing customer support. I got an updated version of flosser this time(pic added).Pros of updated flosser:1. The new flosser is now having an opening directly on tank, it is much more convenient to fill the water now.2. Base is much more flat than curvy. It is better if you store it in a standing position.Cons of updated flossed1. I feel the height is a bit more(maybe I am wrong) than the previous one and I am always traveling so smaller is always better.
