Nice comfy shoes but beware the Chinese sizes
I’m size 11 UK so I ordered the largest size available 46eu/11uk which should have fit me perfectly but alas my toes were so squashed that made the shoes very uncomfortable to wear.The shoes/slippers are nice and well made but make sure to order one size bigger

Look good and feel good . Non slip ( a bit squeaky across hardwood flooring ) .What a shame that they are let down by lack of adhesive to innersoles !This means that every time you put them on with not 100% dry feet ( i.e. When you get out of the shower )When you next take them off the insoles will come out as they are stuck to your feet and are a real pain to replace in their exact original position .This could have been a 5 star review ( well certainly at least a 4 star ) if it hadn't been for the manufacturer's CHEAP PENNY PINCHING in respect of securing the innersoles .Defeat snatched from the jaws of victory guys !

Size wrong
The size is one too small. Another review also said this. The seller should update the size number. The quality is good though, so I gave mine away to someone.

Good product, poor returns policy
Good warm slippers, however the item sizes don't accurately match UK sizes so returned to a UK address as instructed, for a refund. After 2 weeks when I queried why I hadn't received a refund I was told the item had not been received by them, and I ended up with just receiving a partial refund. Anyway may have just been my bad luck, however you may want to concider my experience when buying. I must admit I probably wouldn't have reordered the next size up if I'd known how much of a hassle it would be to return an item.

I absolutely love it! So warm and cozy i had to buy another one, this time i ordered a blue one. Can't wait to arrive. I have finally resolved my cold feet issue. Thank you. I highly recommend it!:)
