Smart Laptop Cooler Cooling Pad for Alienware AW17R4 and AW17R5

I just bought it two months.It is amazing.You can use it for Alienware computer very perfect.I like it! 5 Starts!

This is a terrible product, do not buy this junk I downloaded the files it told me to off of their website and it never worked and the worse part is I couldn’t delete the files off of my computer so I had to hard reset my entire computer because of this garbage product. Amazon should cease to sell this kind of product on their website

perfect for alienware. Improves refrigeration but, it does not work miracle. triggers when you notice the normal warm-up. does not prevent it from happening.

No way to turn it off without having to take it out of the socket ?? !! by having a CPU and being connected by USB to configure it should disconnect next to the notebook

Great cooler for Alienware 17R5, it’s totally controlled by software, with many speed gears and amazing led lighting, best of all, it can adjust the fan speed automatically according to the duty of my Alienware, very smart, I recommend it.

Works well. Expressive, but it's for an expensive laptop. Only gave it four stars because the first one died after only two weeks.

The first thing I noticed in the reviews was all the bad ratings and the various comments, well I received mine today and I made sure to follow the instructions to the letter and the entire process was quick and smooth, not so much as a hiccup!. It is made well and the fact that it reads my computers load and adjusts the fans thereby is awesome!, it also has the option where you can control the fan speed by group of fans or each fan. I now feel much better that my expensive laptop is being cooled thoroughly.My laptop is an Alienware 17 R4 and the fit is perfect, so if you own this type laptop or the 15" version and you have the funds buy this because it is an investment in the long term health of your laptop.Update May 1, 2020,After using this for some time now under high load gaming on multi-hour marathons I cannot say enough great things about this cooler!, it has made a decidedly marked difference in the heat dissipation, before having this cooler there would be a really warm hotspot right in the middle of the keyboard!, now I never feel any warmth what so ever on the keyboard regardless of how many hours I gamed with it!. I really don't understand all the negative reviews against this cooler, it seems most are people who did not do their due diligence before buying, or they did not own an Alienware laptop. This cooler is expensive but after using it for a while I am of the opinion that it is well worth the price!, especially if you weigh the price of the cooler against the price of your expensive Alienware Laptop and in that case then this becomes an investment. This is simply a must-have cooler if you own an Alienware 15 or 17R4 like I have.
