88100 Ladies Pink Utility Knife

Own it for 2-1/2 years . Bought it $5 in spring 2011 . LOVE IT !now, make sure our use is the same . Light-duty to medium-duty stuffs . I know the heavy-duty knifes are much, much better !! They are even more precise !! However, for my normal use, this is so nice . It handles fine . Over time you get some paints, some scratches and some dusts and stuffs on it, that it won't be slippery to my use . Now, if you are a girl and you have to force your grip onto the equipment hard to use this, then this type of knife might be too slippery for you . Well, tons of knifes with the same price range are the same, so it is not exclusive to this item and its problem . You should buy more expensive knifes that they are not as cute but it is safer for you, you know ? If holding this pink knife use a lot of your energy, force and focus according to your experience with heavy and sharp equipment, you should not use it . Don't push your limit when using sharp and dangerous equipment . Know your limit is safer . Better than buying a cute knife . Pink knifes will not help you avoid hurting yourself . Use tools that protect you better, if you are spaced out often or this is not familiar with you .I do art from time to time . I do general art more than art as crafts . I got cuts often since I was a child (no major cuts) . I have other knifes for precision in my cut when they are thinner blades and better control mechanism for accuracy . I have smaller knifes for portability . This is just an all-purpose knife without any specialized use for me . I use it most when I am lazy or bring it with me outdoor not knowing what task will be at hands . If you work in construction, you should avoid this knife . You will hurt yourself . Buy the construction knifes . If you do crafts a lot, buy craft knifes . I consider this item slightly expensive, but I like it a lot . Be careful when you use sharp equipments .

It might not be the sturdiest knife money can buy, but it holds up pretty well. It's nice and sharp as a box cutter should be. The pink color is very cute!

If you are looking for a light-duty, PINK, utility knife, this is a great option! Not ideal for daily use, a bit flimsy when compared to more durable, less attractive products available. It gets 3 stars because it is pink and it does what it should.

LOVE this PINK utility knife. We use it in the barn to cut the baling twine off the bales of hay. Because it is bright pink, we shouldn't lose it in the hay or the boys take it and not return it to the loft. Pink may be a deterrent LOL

There is a heavy duty box knife with the tools in the garage, but I wanted something to use in the house instead of my good kitchen knives. This is it. It absolutely won't be taken to the garage by mistake and I'll always know where it is since I'm the only one using it.For some reason, I always have to look at it carefully before sliding out the blade. It's just too symmetrical and I'm afraid if I'm not careful I'm gonna slide the blade out into my hand one of these days.Anyway, it gets the job done even though it is not as heavy duty as you may be used to if you've used one of the bigger, heavier metal box cutters. I haven't had to change the blade yet, so I can't comment on that issue.

Omg it’s so cute !!! I was worried it would be a little cheap because of the previous comments but it’s not ! It’s pretty sturdy and the design is real sleek so it fits perfectly in my back pocket can we have it in purple too pls !!? Lol

Every box cutter that I have owned gets picked up by my handy man and taken off never to return. This box cutter is pink so I doubt if those guys will touch it at all. Finally a box cutter for me!
