okay for my purpose, and still working after a year and half.
I got this as an emergency backup printer and for that, it's okay. One thing for sure is that you shouldn't consider any portable, thermal printer as your main printer if you print a large volume including this one. This is for occasional use or if you might need to print something on the road.I am giving the highest rating because it's still going strong after a year and a half, and trust me some other printers might have better quality but fell short in terms of durability.

it's get the job done ... non-important jobs that is
this is a thermal printer - ink free - i wouldnt suggest printing your will or some extremely important document with this printer but for quick print things - it's quite perfect. it's very small and easy to take with you. it connects easily and goes through the motions quickly. it does have a proprietary app that you will have download but it's extremely manageable. the print job though will not last forever - it's similar to a receipt - the printed stuff will wear off in time. i'm glad i have it - for the most part i am able to print at work, but when i am traveling or have a weekend event i need to reprint an attendee list or something for event specific - so it's great to have handy. it's actually saved me from having to go find a print shop several times. although its not really the best print option (thermal doesn't last) it is a great option to have when needed.

Easy to set up and does the job
The set up was really fast. I have an Android phone and will print from my phone so I downloaded the app. I was confused about the connection at first because I thought the printer was on (it was plugged in to charge so the light showed green), but turns out that indicates it was charging but it wasn't even powered on yet! Silly me. Once it was properly powered on the connection light on the printer next to the power button should also be on, that way your phone can find the printer via Bluetooth and connect. Once connected it said paper wasn't loaded. Again, my mistake as I didn't unroll the paper that was already inside the printer (I didn't expect there to be paper inside already so what a pleasant surprise!). Once I unrolled it and pulled out a bit so it was sticking out of the paper slot and properly closed the paper feed I tried to print a shipping label. It was perfect! You have to rip off the page yourself but no biggie. The print was clear and fast. Next I tried to print a picture. It was noisy while printing the picture vs the label and obviously the quality wasn't great (I expected this), but I was impressed how fast it was. Again, you have to know that this printer is meant for casual prints - don't try to print fancy documents or whatever. This is for last minute shipping label, vacation itinerary, shopping list kind of prints. Know what you're getting. I just got this today so can't speak on the longevity of the printer, but it exceeded my expectations so far. I'm just happy I don't have to buy ink anymore!

A Traveler's Best Friend for On-the-Go Printing
I recently added the HPRT Portable Printer MT810 to my travel gear and it has been a game-changer. Here's my take on its pros and cons:Pros:1. Truly Portable: This printer is compact and lightweight, making it incredibly easy to pack into a backpack or carry-on.2. Wireless Convenience: The Bluetooth functionality allows for quick and hassle-free printing directly from my iPhone, Android, and laptop.3. Inkless Printing: The thermal inkless technology is not only environmentally friendly but also eliminates the need to carry around ink cartridges or toners, making it even more travel-friendly.4. Quick Setup: It was pretty straightforward to set up. The manual is clear, and I was up and running in no time.5. Versatile: I’ve used it for printing out invoices, tickets, and even quick snapshots while on the road. It’s proven to be extremely versatile.6. Good Battery Life: I was pleasantly surprised by how long the battery lasts. It's sufficient for multiple printing sessions without needing a recharge.7. Quality Output: The print quality is quite good for a portable printer, especially for text and simple graphics.Cons:1. Paper Size Limitations: The paper roll sizes are smaller than standard paper, so it’s not ideal for larger documents.2. Price of Paper Rolls: While the printer itself is cost-effective, the specialized paper rolls can be a bit pricey.3. Monochrome Only: It only prints in black and white, which is fine for most of my needs but may not be suitable for those requiring color prints. In my opinion, the HPRT Portable Printer MT810 is an excellent investment for anyone who frequently travels for business or leisure and needs the ability to print on the go. Its ease of use, compact size, and inkless technology make it incredibly convenient, and the quality is more than satisfactory for most tasks. Although it has some limitations like paper size and monochrome printing, these are minor trade-offs for the portability and convenience it offers. Highly recommended for the modern traveler.

Portable, easy setup, but not the greatest print quality
What a great printer! This was incredibly easy to set up. The only annoying part was opening the top cover. When I pushed the buttons down as instructed, the cover didn't pop up easily. I had to pry at it a little. This printer uses a USB-C, which it comes with, but the cord it comes with is short so you'll probably want a longer one, if you plan on keeping it plugged up. You'll only need to plug it when the battery is low, so that's another aspect I really like about it.I've only used this printer via the app, so I cannot speak to using it on the computer, but it was easy to set up once I downloaded it. It found the printer easily and connected right away.Despite how it sounds in the video I posted, this is a pretty quiet printer. It printed what I needed quickly. As far as the quality of the printing, I would say it's fair. I wasn't expecting great quality and I don't think this was designed for that anyway. The image I printed was a little fuzzy. You can take a look at the page I printed and determine if the print quality is what you are looking for.
