I needed a solution to hide a key for a gate. This was easy to mount and is not noticeable with the protective cover on. The case seems to be the right size for a few keys and looks to be built well. Granted, I have not tried to bash it with a hammer to find out. But it seems to be a great choice as I could set my on security code.

This is a great and excellent idea to put on your door if you have a child that always loses your their key just put it key inside and give them the combination you can make up any number you want to but has to be four numbers this is a great heavy duty item

I bought this lock box to store keys to our condo. I occasionally lock myself out. Easy to install and i liked the darker color.

Easy to install and set code. Has come in handy several times. I really like the rubber unit that slips over key safe, it almost looks like some sort of electrical box, keeps unit safe from weather.

Perfect size! I hate those rock "hide a keys". This is very safe and easy to use. Extremely sturdy and holds up well in all types of weather. I live in the midwest so we get all the seasons. Easy to use for kids too! Works well!

This key lock box is easy to install, as it comes with screws to mount it. There is a rubber cover that fits over it to keep water out, with one end of the cover tightly bound to the lock box so that it does not get lost. When the box is opened, there is a small clasp on the inside cover where the key can be attached. One vendor we use commented to us that it was the best lock box he had ever seen, as the buttons are easy to depress to unlock it. While understandable, the only negative we see is that the code must be entered again in order to re-attach the cover to the lock box after you are finished using the key. This is really a very minor inconvenience and again, understandable.

I got it installed, practiced opening and closing a few times. Everything worked well, a week or so later, now it doesn’t open at all. What do I do now, to open the box without destroying my door jam? I’m not a happy camper!!!

Door comes off of the box. No way to have it be held up when opening the box. Have to re enter the code to close the box too.
