The item came busted and I was frustrated because I am getting married in 5 days. I reached out to the vendor and was guaranteed that I would have it before my wedding on Sunday. The replacement arrived in two days and it is beautiful. What I like the most is that the sand colors are vibrant and you have many colors to chose from. One of my kids favorite colors is gold and they have gold sand. Ii recommend it. It is worth it. Good quality vase to pour sand in. Plus it is customized with our names and wedding date.

I can honestly say if you are planning a wedding and are stressed. You won't have any additional stress if you order from them. I accidently forgot a sand color and an initial they helped me everything. Than it said it was delivered and it wasn't and they were so helpful and willing to assist. Also they glass is thick and beautiful and the packing job is so professional that it came perfectly in one piece!

The letters are hard to distinguish the T from the J but overall I love it
