The product might be used
Out of the 50 pens i bought 17 of them did not have seals.....which means it has been tampered with...

Does not write well at all. Very less ink flow

Bad quality of pens provided
The quality of pens are really very poor. Some pens are dark and some pens are so light that others cannot recognize.
