When my mask seal kept breaking, i started to take a hard look at my flat pillow and wonder if that might be the culprit. I was overwhelmed by the choices ini CPAP pillows and kind of winged it, looking at those recommended for side sleepers. Holy moly, the first night I slept on this pillow it made a profound difference in terms of a) preserving the seal and b) supporting my neck. Absolutely amazing comfort and support, and I am sleeping better with way fewer apneas than before (and there weren't that many to begin with.) When you look at my CPAP app in the weeks I've used the pillow, my nights have been much more restful and the machine is better able to do its work,. Don't get a kickback or anything from these guys, I am just amazed at the improvement right off the bat.

I am new to the CPAP experience and was having a terrible time trying to get comfortable on the pillows I had not matter how I positioned them. I found the CPAP pillows on Amazon and decided to try one. This pillow is perfect, my mask fits right in the pocket of the side of the pillow and I can fall right to sleep. I am sleeping on the lower side of the pillow but wish it was a little lower since my head still tilts forward, and the foam could be a little softer. Still it was a lifesaver for a good nights sleep.

Honestly, the jury is still out on this. It's well made, and pretty comfortable, although it's still a bit firm for my tastes. Maybe it'll soften up with use? Also, I'm not sure I'm using it properly. I'm just putting my head in the middle of it, but I've read a few people say they put their neck in the cutout. I tend to end up ditching my CPAP in the middle of the night and just using my regular pillow. This does seem to cut down on sealing issues, however.

Pillow definitely has good quality, is comfortable and a nice size. That said, I'm a side and stomach sleeper and the indentations didn't resolve my mask I interference issue so I purchased another type pillow with cutouts rather than indentations and pillow #2 actually works better for me.

Horrible. Should have trusted the reviews that said this pillow is way too soft. It is. May as well lay straight on the bed for all of the support it gives you. The cut outs are in perfect location for your mask so there is that. Seriously, If you prefer some support for your head and your neck, don't get this pillow! My neck was not supported at all. If I could give this a 1/2 a star, I would. I barely slept, finally chucked it across the room in the middle of the night and used my old pillow. I can't believe the price of this thing given the cheap, floppy product I received. Overpriced, think and way too soft.

Oh my gosh, is this pillow GREAT! My husband and I both use cpap. With this pillow his mask doesn't leak as much. He has much less daytime drowsiness because he's getting restorative sleep. I use nasal pillows, and it helps me keep a good deal too. This pillow has a pocket that your mask falls into. Also a ridge at the lower jaw line that helps to keep the chin from dropping open. Another thing I love us that I'm sleeping long (less tossing and turning) yet my ear isn't sore from laying on this great pillow. I'm a retired physician, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this pillow.

I’ve had this CPAP pillow for over one year and it works perfectly. It can be used with different sized CPAP masks. It is form fitting so there is no noise from the mask seal leaking air. The pillow is of excellent quality with no signs of wear. It is provided with a very soft form fitting pillow cover.

I am a brand new CPAP user. After a week or two, I found that my normal pillow was causing my full face mask to move or unseal. So, I purchased this pillow after much research in hopes that it would improve my mask-seal scores.My initial reaction after getting the pillow was I had no idea how to use it. So, I emailed the company asking for advice and/or a video showing how to use it. I NEVER received a response. In addition, I am a big guy and I found the pillow too cushy and it didn't provide much head/neck support.I ended up purchasing two very thin pillows to put on the bottom of this pillow. It seemed to help with keeping my head and neck level. However, my mask-seal scores haven't improved. I've tried both sides of the pillow. I've actually gone back to an orthopedic pillow called "My Fit" and it seems to work the best. However, my scores are sporadic; some good nights and some not so good. I'm kind of at a loss as to what to try next, but I don't think this pillow is the solution.It's possible that I'm still not using it correctly, but I can't find a good video on how you are supposed to use it.

I can't believe I spent 3 years waking up several times a night trying to place my hand in the exact right position to prevent my CPAP mask from touching the pillow so it wouldn't leak! If I had known earlier that this pillow existed, I would've bought it way before! Just spent the best night in a long time.The support for the head and neck are perfect. I chose the less thick side, but both are comfortable. The mask is cleared of any contact with the pillow. Thank you to the designers, you did a great job.

Worth the investment as it improved sleeping conditions. Increased ability to move head while wearing a mask.
