Our supplier uses a patented process to produce flour that contains all the essential protein and fiber, which is then able to produce exquisite baked goods. We use organic coconut sugar which has a lower glycemic index value. We offer baked goods that are NUT FREE as well as PALEO.

Being Gluten free and vegan, I hadn't had pancakes in a long time. I just had delicious pancakes with the waffle/pancake mix and powder egg replacer. Love it.
