I'm really happy with this blanket. I was looking for a duvet to replace my old sherpa comforter; better to wash and replace a duvet cover than an entire comforter. Unlike other reviewers, I don't think this is that lightweight. The package weight says 7 lbs. on Amazon, which is heavier than most of the other all-season blankets I saw. I wanted something medium weight for fall/winter in NY, and this is perfect. It pairs great with the thin fleece blanket I use in the spring and summer. I even used a heating blanket (low setting) on top of it for about 20 minutes on a really cold night, and it warmed the entire thing up nicely!

I siimply love this item. U used it during the winter and work perfect for keep in the warmth. Attached perfectly into my duvet cover and tied up perfectly into my duvet as well. So light and warm..But its worming up now,so Ill be removing soon till next winter. Simply love it!

Not too heavy, not too light either. If you live at a place like Hilo where the weather is unpredictable, this blanket is perfect for you. If you’re cold, this will keep you warm, if you’re hot, just sleep on the blanket and it won’t make you any hotter.
