A beautiful book with an excellent variety of recipes. I wish they had it in hardback. Scrumptious desserts with savory flavorful entrees. A real keeper.

Tried some of the recipes and they are as delicious as they look on the pages in the book. Featured is the Blackened Salmon with Coconut Cream Crawfish Sauce over a bed of Momma's Buttery Garlic Whipped Potatoes. I substituted shrimp instead. The taste was superb like eating at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen. I highly recommend this book.

Steps you step by step, lots of good recipes I order a few books and have return them not one recipe was use full. This book has many. 5 out of 5

Absolutely love this chef, this book is 19 out of 10. This guy put his own spice and spin on Southern at moms and grandmas house.. I just got this book yesterday and I’m doing and iIm already reviewing the next day, says a lot like just get his book already

Love this cookbook a lot of delicious recipes and easy to follow. Plus I saw him cook a few on television and it made me want to buy it, I'm really glad I did.

I bought two, one for me and one for my 25 YO son. He’s an excellent cook/chef and we both love the book.
