This scanner is easy to set up and the software is very intuitive.

Not a very good product for anything that the rotary table can't fit. The handheld tracking is a joke. I don't know if the gyroscope is the problem or if it's the software. I simply starts spinning like crazy.Researched that particular issue and a lot of people have been having similar problems.It works for small plastic products

Full texture, LiDAR mapping; intuitive software. 10/10 would recommend for someone new to the equipment or hobby.

Overall I like the scanner, it works good enough for my needs. As far as the scanning software it's OK fairly basic, but gets the job done. The post processing software is none existent, you can download it from Revopoints support site but you can't activate it,****EDIT***support reached out to me again after my orginal post, and they gave me a test to try, and bypassing my home router, I was able to get activated. So as stated previously, I have raised the stars from 3 to 5

Bought the Pop 2 version in October last year and tried to scan with my phone. Did not work. Sent email to customer service with no reply so did some research and found device required 6gb if ram. Got a new phone that met the 6gb ram still did not work. Haven't heard from revopoint yet 10 months later. New version with upgrades for less than I paid for mine. They won't get my business ever again. Was able to get some decent scans from my laptop but take about 15 minutes to process cloud points and another 15 for mesh. Results very poor on quality and detail. The new software for the Pop 3 helps some but I get the impression it won't work for the pop2 for long. Many settings are for Pop 3 only.
