Great electric fry pan!
This skillet is not only very attractive in beautiful turquoise, but it does an excellent job at frying, sautéing, steaming, etc. Fries evenly and retains heat. Lid has a vent which allows steam to escape for a better fried finish. It is so super easy to clean, that I don't even unplug it. I just wipe it out with a paper towel, rinse with a wet towel, dry and it's ready to use again. I initially bought it to use in place of one of the coils on my electric range that stopped working, but I have liked it so much, that I bought a 2nd skillet for our vacation home and plan to purchase a couple more for gifts.

This s the best electric fry pan I have ever had. Cooks evenly and cleanup is a breeze. I have had it for a few months now and it still cleans up easily and has not chipped. Would highly recommend.
