I was super excited when I found this kit. I really wanted to make some special books with my oldest this summer. I found the larger book to be perfect, the lines were on the pages, and plenty of room for pictures. However, the "All About Me" smaller book is horrible. The circle for your child's photo just isn't on the cover.. but instead through out the whole book! This is fine if that is what you are expecting, however, I was caught by surprise. If I had known the smaller book just didn't have the cut out for the front page I would have never bought this kit. On a positive note, the markers were good, no issues there. Overall I am disappointed. Wanted buyers to be aware of what they were getting.

Bought this so my son could write his dad a book for Christmas and it was fantastic. The set comes with two books one you can illustrate yourself and one you put a photo in. It also comes with cute stickers and markers The book page quality is great and it made a fantastic gift. 10/10 would recommend.

Box came and was dented, definitely not giftable. The smaller book that came in the box was also completely useless as there was a shape cut out in the center of the whole book, cover and inside pages. How are you supposed to write a story and decorate a book without a full sheet of paper??

Great price for this fun and teachable item. There are two well made books included with the set. There are instructions with book writing ideas included as well as stickers and markers. As a heads up you'll probably want a printed photograph for one of the books although instead you can definitely draw a picture for that section if you don't have a photo to insert. Really cute and great value.

I think the concept is great and the kids will love the stickers. Not too expensive gift if the child like books. Instead of reading, create one!

My 7 year old daughter is creating these books as Christmas gifts for family members. She is having a great time and it is a great learning project. I know those who receive them will treasure them!

What a great gift for the money. my daughter loved creating stories and illustrating them. a fun gift to give for the creative child!

This is the second time we've gotten this - the first time was a gift. My daughter gets such enjoyment out of creating her own books, and the materials are of decent quality / weight that the pages won't easily rip when using eraser, crayon, marker, etc.

Pretty pricey would just take the time next time and make my own for way cheaper
