Very helpful balm. I like it
Very effective. No strong smell. Can be used for kids as well as elders.. Just apply a little on the spot thay is paining.. Don't rub all across and within a few minutes, the pain subsides. Have been using is for more than 5 years now.

Dr vaidya pain relief balm
It definitely reduces pain Bt has a Sid effect, my mother’s skin started itching after applying it. Maybe it’s not for sensitive skin ppl, I spoke to one of their doctors abt it, she said mix it with Vaseline jelly. My mother did it, so itching reduced, also cs it winters here now, bt not recommended for summers.
