Overall very good product. I have been using this for a long time and never had a complaint except one of the item was not working in my recent order for 4 units and they are going to replace it for me.

Phone cord constantly tangles and creates static. Many dropped calls. Horrible customer service

Great build quality and functionality especially for the price - brand new under $150? Try ordering cisco or polycom with similar features and getting pricing in that range.

Works as expected and very happy with it

Could not get into phone to provision it. Phone was labeled Verizon- which is not shown in any of the pictures. Tried to get into the phone via IP address but was prohibited because phone was locked by the Verizon certificate. No way to contact Seller and Amazon was the attempted tech/product support and they clearly only had scripts and no actual knowledge. Answer was email manufacturer and they should be back with you in 2 business days. Not acceptable support and product non-conforming. Find another seller. Returned item b/c it's useless as is, unless you want a very large paper weight for your desk.
