I'm not the best at keeping time in mind when doing near anything, so having a ticking reminder in the form of a nice mechanical clock is a helpful tool to have.This clock is simple enough: You set the time, wind up the clock so it runs, and you let it go for approximately 24 to 36 hours. I haven't timed it myself, so I cannot speak to how long one wind-up lasts. The alarm is the same, you set the alarm, wind up the alarm, check to make sure the time you set is what you want (After all, this is a 12-hr clock, it doesn't check for AM or PM), and then turn on the alarm switch when you are satisfied everything is set right.One thing to note that I have to dock points off for is the accuracy of the clock. It either runs too fast or too slow and I assume that is because of the nature of how these types of clocks are built. There is a slide in the back that you use to adjust the accuracy or speed of each tick. It either runs fast or slow. I opted to let it run just a touch faster; if it is slow, then the chances of my alarm ringing late is high. Better to let it ring early than late.Overall, it's a good clock. Keep it by your bed or, if you're like me and just cannot wake up without getting up, keep it on your desk or dresser.

Es bonito, fácil de leer, ruidoso con la alarma, silencioso en los tics (un poco, suena menos que los otros que tengo, pero suena más que un Quartz)Es un excelente despertador.Pero los materiales se sienten super baratos, parece que venía en una caja de cereal o que se podía canjear por corcholatas de refresco.
