This pan is very handy to make omelet or this is also good for quickly stir frying the veggies as it's non-stick, it will be cooked with less oil and the heat spread is also even. I liked the size and depth of this pan too. Pretty good for everyday.

I have washed it a few times when something was burnt on, but all it needed was warm water, no detergent.
