Reef safe and human safe! YAY! It shouldn’t be this hard to find sunscreen without harmful chemicals. Manda is thick, creamy, and easily applied. It does harden with cold temperatures and can be more difficult to get full coverage. But fully protects my face from the sun! I love the mirror in the inside of the lid! It’s so helpful. Manda’s tent is also a nice change from the typical white zinc face sticks that are not always non-nano and come in plastic tubes..

This sunscreen is great. You have to warm up in your finger tips before applying. I usually put moisturizer on first then this and rub around in my finger tips, then a tinted moisturizer and it looks great! I do not get red with this one after being in the sun. The staying power seems strong.

The container is cute and compact which is great for travel. If too hot, the container may swell. To prevent swelling keep it in the shade when not in use. Manda is solid until warmed then it takes the paste consistency. There is a slight white cast when applied, but less than most sunscreens on the market. A little bit of Manda goes a long way so the small size is not as big an issue.

I bought this product to try on my lips, mainly my lower lip. When it gets sunburnt, it blisters severely and takes almost 2 weeks to heal. It is VERY painful. This product works like a miracle on my lip! As long as I am diligent using it and applying it, it keeps my lip 100% safe. Sure, after awhile it gets tacky, since it's on my lips and it wears off, so I have to smooth it out and apply more. The mirror is very handy. I have only used this on my lips and the tip of my nose. It would be good under the eyes, too. Other than that, it is too thick and hard to spread if needed for a large area. But for my needs, it has been the only thing that works!!

The product was too difficult to apply..very sticky and does not go on smooth. So it’s it’s in my drawer unused.
