Purchased as an additional gift for a similar cast iron teapot. The cast iron teapot itself would tend to cool off quickly and subsequently cool the hot water placed inside. The warmer is well constructed and easily accessible to light the tea lights you place inside. Provides an appropriate amount of heat to keep the tea in the cast iron pot warm.

No more cold tea! I use 2 tealights in it and it keeps my tea hot for hours! It is heavy, conducts heat well and is pretty. Plus a great price. Since it does conduct heat, I use a coaster under it. I use it with my Japanese cast iron teapot.

A cute little tea warmer that does its job. I keep mine on a nightstand by my bed and found that it does its job well. Wish it had a tad bit more weight to it.

Great with tea candles for keeping tea hot. Nice sturdy base that will fit smaller or larger Suze cat iron teapots.

I got 5 of these heats the area up to 40 degrees roughly. Using 4 candles.

Very cute, very retro piece

Takes a while to warm the cast iron up by itself, but once you take the time it tends to just keep the tea lukewarm. Mostly for aesthetic purposes- the beautiful red color and light shooting out from the sides makes it a great room accent.
