I have osteoarthritis in my hands, and so I bought this as I had read it can help with reducing cell inflammation. I have been using it for a few weeks 3x/week for 20 minutes each session. While my fingers still feel stiff when I wake in the morning, I think the amount of stiffness is a bit less than before I started the red light therapy. I'm also doing warm water soaks, taking turmeric, and wearing ring splints, so It's a bit difficult to tell which factors are making the most positive contributions. I did show the red light therapy device to my physical therapist, and he was impressed with the size of it and the features. He believes red light therapy can be useful and encouraged me to do it 3x/week.I have not tried it on my face yet for improving skin appearance, but I'm looking forward to doing that and using the other colors of the spectrum when I have more time.

I bought this to help counter scarring from a recent surgery on my nose (and for the purported benefits of help with wrinkles lol and more). My daughter sent me before and after pictures of her skin after she used this red light therapy for a few months and I could see that it definitely helped her so I ordered one. It is hard to know for sure but I feel like it does help and have no scar from surgery.

Using the light to improve skin tone and texture. Works well! It is also helpful as light therapy for overcast days! Easy to put together! I like that it came with eye protection too!

I initially purchased the Red-Light-Therapy-for-Face, 7 Color Light Therapy Mask LED Light to help treat my son's acne. He then decided not to use it because he didn't have "time". I started using it to see if it would help with fine lines and red patches on my skin. I have used it about 2-3 times a week, 20 minutes at a time for the last 2 months and haven't noticed too much change in my fine lines but seems to be helping a bit with my red patches. Will try to increase to 4 times a week and give it another few months to see if I notice a bigger difference.

i love the ease of use for this device. the color options are great to customize my client experience according to their needs. be extremely careful during assembly. the first time i attempted to assemble. I accidentally broke the plastic tabs and had to have the item replaced. no problems second device. very happy with this!

This light is amazing! I love how it has lights on the sides as well so it gets the sides of your face (my last light was just a flat panel and I feel it did not work as well). It’s great that it’s not just a red light, it has all different colors to address a variety of concerns. I use the red light for 15 min, then blue light for 5 min (I have aging and acne concerns) and I feel like my skin is definitely improving. Highly recommend!

I was suffering from tennis elbow for several months. My doctor prescribed anti inflammatory pills and told me to rest and ice which I did. Nothing helped. I ordered this on a whim and decided it couldn’t hurt.. at the very least I would use it for the anti-aging benefits. After one use my arm was not in pain. I have no idea what type of vudu miracle light this is but it truly worked. I am so thankful!

I love being able to pamper myself. It seems like my acne is being helped using the light. I'm not sure about fine lines or wrinkles but consistency is probably key. So far so good!
