ha! the only thing "extraordinary" about this book is its author's enormous ego. significant omissions, absurd embellishments, utterly mediocre writing. incidental truth (oregon chapters): he used me. i was a total fool to give him the time of day, much less financial assistance, TLC, the illusion of respect, etc.
