Used to really like this brand. Now they completely changed the cream to a sticky green goo. Please change back to normal.

Arrived leaking and it contains PPD
It was delivered with leaking bottle which already stained the gloves in the package, also I found out it contains PPD which was not in the description. It was not allowed to return, I need to have a refund! Please let me know how to do so.

It sticks to your hair however it stains skin. The color dark brown comes out almost red
