Waterproof AirTag Dog Collar Holder, Protective Durable Metal AirTag Case for Dog Cat Collars, Anti-Lost Pet GPS Tracker AirTag Accessories

As a proof of concept I have been using a cheap silicone AirTag holder for my dogs collar since the AirTag first launched and it has held up very well. However I noticed recently that the silicone AirTag holder had started to stretch a bit and lost some of its elasticity also. It was no longer as secured tightly up against the collar as it once was. Well, I recently decided to upgrade up my dog into a new collar and figured I may as well upgrade the AirTag holder as well. I say all this because yeah the silicone AirTag holder I had has held up very well, but.. I fear this is the point it starts to become a risk. Since it’s loose now will it catch on something and get ripped off more easily? I don’t know, but I don’t wanna risk it.“A new challenger enters” the SUPMEGA AirTag holder!I chose this over some of the competition for a couple reasons. Many of the competitor AirTag holders want to screw through the collar directly. I’m sure it probably fine, but.. I didn’t like this because I wasn’t sure if doing so would affect the integrity of the collar. If my dog gets lost - I don’t want it to be worse because the collar somehow failed due to my own doing. Over the top? Maybe. But I also like that it wasn’t made out of plastic. Again if my dog gets lost I don’t want to worry about the AirTag holder getting easily ripped or broken off it. I was already risking it by using the silicone holder if you think about it. But that proof of concept has now matured and is something I would hope to rely on just as much as I do the microchip embedded in my dog also. This is stout and well manufactured. I used it on a 1” collar and it fit perfectly with little to no room to spare, it barely slide on and off and I felt that’s exactly how it should be. I used some of included foam strips and put it back on where I wanted it to not move from and tightened everything down and it feels very secure, again - nice tight tolerances. The only thing that I would do to improve upon this is to make the edges of the backplate just a little more smooth. It’s not so sharp that I’m concerned, but running my thumb over the edge it could be a bit more smooth to make myself and others even more confident in it never being an issue. Overall upon first inspection and installation I am very happy with this purchase and have a lot of confidence in this product.

Having this around the dogs neck, it takes quite a beating as they eat drink, & run around. The black finish is getting scraped off but this still works perfectly.

Was a Solid product for my diving dog, however when I went to replace the AirTag battery, one of the screws would not come out. The screw ended up breaking in the half and now I’m unable to remove the broken portion. Would love a replacement.

This is made really well out of metal. It does have weight to it but my 12 pound Morkie wasn’t bothered by it. I liked the fact that it screws on to the collar so you don’t have to worry about a strap breaking or the dog knocking it off when they scratch themselves. The AirTag worked exactly the same in the case as it does out of the case. I decided to put an AirTag on my dog just as an extra level of security that I hope I never need to use. This was the best quality case I could find that will last long and was priced right. It looks nice on the collar too.

The holder itself isnt too heavy so it doesnt bother my dogs. I was really worried about the fact that you had to 'screw' the holder into the collar but the instructions were clear and it was put together on the dogs collar in less than five minutes! Comes with everything you need and extra screws, along with foam stickers to help the fit if your dogs collar is on the thinner side. My dogs havent worn anything but a tag on their collars until now and they seem to not even notice that they have an airtag on them, and they are super sensitive to new things!! You also wont have to worry about it getting caught in your dogs hair or falling off/getting caught and ripping. Very happy with this purchace.UPDATE: they definitely broke our AirTags. Trust me, we tried everything, and this is not our first rodeo with AirTags. The only ones that haven’t worked for us are the ones in these collar attachments. We couldn’t get them to make noise or track. We finally decided to put the AirTags in those crappy silicone holders on their collars and they work no problem.

Very happy with this, the mount is very strong all metal so I don't have to worry about it breaking free from the collar like I saw on other plastic products. The tracking signal might not be as strong as a plastic mount, but I tested it without any problems. Granted the top of the airtag is exposed probably so the signal can still get through the metal mount so there is a possibility of some damage to the tag if your dog is really active, has not been an issue for me though.

Great for dogs at daycare or active dogs. I had a silicone pocket thing on his collar before but daycare asked that he have a hard one. This is great! A little clunky but protects the air tag on the collar.

Product seems fairly good overall but my issue with it is I don’t expect my AirTag to last because due to the shape size and oring locations of the holder you have to install the AirTag with the plastic side out.Mostly it seems like a good build except for the part I don’t understand why they didn’t cover the AirTag completely on both sides or expose the metal part and seal it. (Signal reception maybe??)I’ve had mine on my Texas heeler for two whole days now and I’m pretty sure the plastic side of my AirTag is about to break out already, I don’t think this will hold up on any working dog.Note: was purely personal preference but I replaced one of the orings with an h90k hydraulic face seal oring that was slightly fatter to offer more cushion because I don’t think the opening is really big enough for the AirTag but what ever.

Survived the whole summer - in and out of the lake, hiking,etc on the collar of a very active lab. Great value and durability.
