Backyard Boys Woodworking BBW1 Squirrel Chair Feeder

I purchased this squirrel feeder for my mother as a birthday gift along with some corn cobs for her to use with it. She adores feeding the backyard wildlife and I liked that this model seemed sturdy, well-constructed and was made from natural materials. The shipment arrived promptly and the product was found to be in good condition. My mom tried setting the feeder on the deck with her other "animal feeding stations" but the chair is likely to tip over once the eager squirrels start crawling around on it to reach the top of the corn cob. Dad helped secure the chair to a vertical portion of the deck so that it would be less likely to tip over. It would also work well attached to a nearby tree or fence. From what I hear, the feeder was very well received by the squirrels and they have gone through several ears of corn already in just a short time. I'm sure this will provide many months of happy squirrel watching for my parents and their housecats.

I purchased this product as a gift. When that person got the gift they we`re extremely happy. The construction is good and it looks like it will hold up well in all the weather we have here, winter thru summer. It seems to be constructed very well, I will be looking for more items like this as gift and will return to this supplier for them.

The feeder is very poorly constructed. It fell apart after one day of use. It's held together with staples rather than screws. Will never order again
