Definitely a workout
This gum is definitely a workout. I bit the inside of my cheek several times. I'd be careful. It's not easy like normal gum. Strong taste at first, but goes away quickly. It's not good but remember it's a work out gum for your jaw so if y'all can tolerate 10-15 of flavorless gum, go for it. I wish the flavor lasted longer. I'll definitely buy again though.
