Works great but if your dough is sticky at all, it will be very difficult to remove bits without damaging the blades. The cleaning brush included with it is helpful, just not strong enough to get it all. Just need to figure out a better gentle brush and get better at making dough.

Loved it! Cuts out lots of hard rolling

As with any new item I get, the first thing I do is wash it. Unfortunately, I washed it before I read the directions. It never occurred to me not to clean a food preparing item. I then set it up and was able to run a few sheets of pasta through, and it was fantastic. But I guess because it was wet, on the third pasta sheet a gear snapped and the side that slices the sheet is no longer functional. It's a bit expensive to break so easily. I'm so sad that I can't use it anymore. I wish there were much more elaborate signage not to clean it- like warning tape over it or something.

Love that it fits right onto the kitchen Aid. Multiple settings for the pasta and cleans up nicely.

Makes pasta perfect

Its the best. My 11 yo son knows how to make pasta. I do hope that they will make a adjustable cutter. The spaghetti is too small and sometimes we want to make a wider fettuccine pasta. The only draw back is cleaning it without water. You have to let the dough dry and use a fishing wooden stick to pull it out

Reading other people’s reviews, I had such high hopes for this product! After rolling my first piece of dough through the roller side on the thickest setting several times, it somehow got caught at the bottom of the cutter and squeezed up through the cutter. The cutter stopped moving since then. After taking the attachment apart to try to fix it, I found that the gear on the cutter side was broken. There was no saving it! The gear seems to be of low poor quality.I’m very disappointed in this product.
