I absolutely love this chair! The multi function lights to the massager, it’s a great chair to use in my office. The first chair I ordered, half the lights did not work. I contacted the company and we tried a step by step process to jump start the lights which unfortunately did not work. Immediately they sent me a new top and within a few days of arrival I put it together and it works! The company did not question or try to make excuses but realized these issues do happen and they made it right. That’s top notch customer service. I am sending the old top back so that they can see what happened but I do have a fully working chair that lights up, plays music and massages all during my 8 hour job. I hope if you are deciding which chair to go with and this is one of your options, you choose this chair because it makes a world of difference when you know that a company stands behind its products. , Caryl

Firstly, my biggest fear with buying this chair would be that it was going to be too small. My son is 6’1” 180lbs. He fits in the chair with no issues and says it’s quite comfortable. Second fear was the speakers would be cheap and produce horrible sound. Nope! They have great quality and can get pretty loud if wanted. Third, I was concerned the lights would be cheap strips glued around the edges. Again, nope! They are in the material and are really cool to watch. My son prefers chairs with wheels on the bottom so he can adjust how he sits. There are levers to adjust height just like a computer chair, also helping with positioning. Overall, I am VERY pleased with this chair, my son loves it!!!

I don't really dislike anything about the gaming chair. Everything works great, it's comfortable, the appearance looks great. Although I did take the massager off, the lights works great and I love some of the modes and the speakers get decently loud and still sounds good all the way up on volume. I do wish the chair itself had a volume knob as well but that's fine.

Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, leading me to advise potential buyers to steer clear.Firstly, the LED lights, a selling point for the chair, malfunctioned and ceased working entirely within four months. This was a major letdown as it was one of the features that initially attracted me to this product.The sound quality from the built-in speakers is another area where the chair fails to deliver. The audio is tinny and far from the immersive experience I was promised. It’s simply not up to par with what one would expect at this price point.Additionally, the footrest is very flimsy and feels unstable, to the extent that I avoid using it altogether. This defeats the purpose of having an integrated footrest for comfort.Comfort-wise, the chair’s seat was so uncomfortable that I had to purchase an additional cushion, adding to the overall cost and inconvenience.The armrests present their own set of problems; they require frequent tightening, especially after adjusting the recline position. This constant maintenance is bothersome and detracts from the chair’s usability.Lastly, the chair often makes cracking sounds, which is disconcerting and disrupts the user experience.Overall, this chair has been a source of frustration rather than comfort and convenience. I recommend potential buyers look for alternative options that provide better quality and reliability.

I bought this chair for my son after much research but unfortunately had to return it. Almost everything about the chair was great. Everything works as advertised and it looks great too. The footrest is a bit flimsy and feels like it won't hold up over time if someone actually uses it much. The reason we returned it was due to the size of the chairs' seating surface. No one in the household is extra large or wide, my son is 6'0 180 and slim. There just wasn't enough room from side to side of the seating surface for either one of us. We felt cramped and if someone is going to spend hours at a time sitting in this chair it definitely will not be comfortable. If the chair was a little bit wider it would have been perfect, especially for the price.

I bought a similar chair last year and had to replace it already. Crossing my fingers I bought this bad boy as a replacement. It's 50 dollars less expensive and has speakers where the other did not. So far I am in love! Right away the other chair I bought was showing problems, the seat tipped forward and was super uncomfortable - this one? No problems at all so far and it's been a couple of weeks. However, I did buy an additional seat pad and lumbar support pillow for this, because I have back pain quite often (these two things didn't help the other chair, where they absolutely enhance this one).I tested out the microphone the other day and was told I sound crystal clear. The LED lights are super bright and have multiple settings. Assembly was super easy as well.Just a side note: if you buy this and find only half of the LED lights work, try flipping the plug around. I had the same problem until I did that, seems it needs to be connected the right way for the entire chair to light up.So far so good! If this changes, I will revise this review.

This is awesome gaming chair. Very comfortable to sit in for hours

I thought this thing might charge up. Nope! YOu have to sit tethered to the computer, if you want its features to work. Also, it leans back WAY too easily. So be ready to lie down if you want to use the backrest.
