Product takes ok pictures of birds. AI seems to work good. The instruction manual leaves a lot to desire. Poorly written and not very informative. The cover for adding bird feed has two small screws holding it closed. Very inconvenient to add seed. Must remove these screws every time you need seed added. Solar panel seems to work good no issues with the charging of the battery.

Looked like a great thing so I bought one as a b-day present for my bird loving wife. But …apparently not very strong. Mounted feeder to tree two days ago without difficulty and was waiting for birds to discover it. This morning I looked out the window and it was hanging down off its bracket. I don't know whether a squirrel got on it, but over night the plastic mounting ring at the base of the feeder had fragmented. Now I'm going to have to fabricate some sort of mounting myself. I'll also say that the length of the metal bracket that it sits on is pretty long for the weight of the feeder, sitting several inches from the wall or tree where it's mounted. This results in a very springy perch, rather than a nice rigid mounting. If it was a squirrel that caused this broken plastic ring, this thing needs to be made much more sturdy as squirrels love bird feeders. On the plus side, set up was easy and app seems fine.

Easy set up, installation & sturdy! The Bird Feeder App is user friendly. The instructions are well written. Very pleased with the quality of the pictures and videos. Regarding contents, we were missing 2 screws. You will need to purchase a memory card for this feeder in order to play back the videos and the “cloud” to have storage. Basic cloud is $4.49/month. IMPORTANT- be sure your Wi-Fi can support 2.4ghz. Another positive, the bird house can be used as a security camera wherever you hang it.Very pleased.

Hook up was fairly easy, camera view nice and app worked pretty simply. But 5-6 weeks later, wire was chewed and cut. Bye bye birdie. 😫

This looked like a nice product until I tried to use it with my smart phone. The software installs fine but comes with no documentation. You are left to guess what and where each of the features are and how to set them. I got it set up and began to play with it and now any time there is any motion anywhere near the house an audible alarm goes off, which would scare off any birds. When I tried to turn off the alarm the motion detection stopped working even though I had it turned on... or did I? I won't know because there is no documentation other than a FAQ to refer to. And the "Dear user, we are sorry for the inconvenience" phrase to begin each FAQ is laughable when the question was "why is my screen upside down?"Also, screws to tighten the lid of the seed container are microscopic. The act of refilling this bird feeder will involve finding a tiny phillips screwdriver, carefully unscrewing the two screws, setting them aside so as not to lose them, then filling the container, then remove any seeds that have become embedded in the screw holes, then carefully tighten down the lid and two screws.Bottom line, this product might work as advertised, but I will never know because there is no documentation. If it comes without a manual, then it is defective. I'd give zero stars if this was an option.

The media could not be loaded.  Birds like it, so we got lots of nice images and videos. the only thing is the App needs improve, some funtions are not very handy, ie deleted files can not be restored, only one device can control the camera. but I am really happy with this bird house.

I cant wait to get this bird feeder mounted. It was packaged very well and easy to assemble and set up. There is a qr code on the box AND in the instruction booklet to scan. It walks you through the steps. Comes with mounting hardware for different mounting options. Large area for seeds. Camera looks very clear so far and motion notifications are being sent to my phone. I'll get this mounted in the next few days. But so far, I think this bird-feeder camera is awesome!

I actually purchased the bird feeder for squirrels! It was a somewhat time consuming setting up, but definitely worth it! Would definitely purchase again!
