One of the best supplements I’ve tried. I’ve been using it for about six weeks. Noticed the improvement in sustained energy within the first two weeks. This last week I’ve been noticing that my skin is extra supple, smooth, and soft.

Second time to purchase. This pack has One capsule empty. Too bad I found it after one month not be able to return.

Just a note: The official MitoQ website DOES say that they are in the midst of changing packaging. As long as they aren’t expired, I’d be ok with it. I’ve looked at this company a lot and read a ton of independent articles on MitoQ. While I can’t speak for the skin supplements (so I apologize for the 5-star rating, I just didn’t feel it was fair for the one reviewer to give 1 star, not even based on the performance of the product), I have used the regular MitoQ. I’m going on my second bottle and am going to run the Skin one (why not? May as well target wrinkles while I’m at it. Although, you CAN take up to 80 mg of MitoQ a day, so you can combine their various types for whatever support you need - liver, heart, etc.). I started it after being “floxed” by Cipro. I then developed Bell’s palsy a week later. Between the MitoQ and taking PQQ (another amazing supplement that’s literally been found in stardust and proven to create new mitochondria, since our cells slow the production of those little powerhouses as we age), I was healed within 2 1/2 weeks. My left eye has a bit of trouble closing by itself (keeping my right eye open), but other than that and some residual nerve pain that’s suuhhlowly healing, no one can tell I’ve had Bells. (And there are people that deal with it for 6+ months!!) I’m 99% sure it’s the MitoQ that cleaned my cells out and the PQQ that regenerated my mitochondria and repaired my damaged nerves that healed me so quickly. My energy is also back. (This, from a girl who, 3 months ago, would agonize about having to go to the grocery store on Sunday literally because it involved me brushing my hair and putting a bra on!) ALL I wanted to do was sleep. I’m not saying I’m Ms. Total Energy now, but I HAVE noticed that I’m sleeping better, waking up refreshed, and WANTING to get stuff done. That’s saying something, in my book. So, thanks for reading! If you get the chance, go to the MitoQ site and read their stuff. Whether you buy it here or there, I don’t think it matters. (I personally like the Amazon 2-day shipping...). But they have a TON of science to back their statements up. (And I’m a research nerd. I’ve read a bunch of boring university papers!) I think you can be confident that, at the very least, you’re doing good for your body! All the best!

Synthetic ingreadients like folic acid,should be folate,folinic or methylfolate,cyanocobalamin and carrageenan!!!!!!!!! Carrageenan is a known cancer promoter!
