Here is my genuine feedback!I recently purchased the "SnowTec™ 4-6 Degree Cooler SmartGRID Luxe 8 Inch King Size Mattress" a few days ago. The packaging and delivery were good. I had a disc bulge issue between my c5-c6 long time before, leading to occasional back pain. This mattress proved to be quite comfortable, offering relief for my lower back pain and soothing support for my cervical spine.However, I found it less comfortable for my thoracic back, mainly due to the softness despite being mentioned as Medium firmness. Consequently, I decided to return it.Despite this, I still rate it a 5 because it is genuinely good. For those with back pain, I would recommend opting for "Orthopedic" mattresses with a slightly higher firmness level.The mattress does excel in its cooling capacity.If you don't experience significant back pain, it provides excellent body alignment, Go for this.The return process was exceptionally commendable, showcasing a level of professionalism not commonly seen among Indian sellers.

I have been using Sleep Company mattress since 2020 and it has been a very good experience for me. The new snow tech is again a very good purchase for me, it is soft and sturdy at the same time. Helped to maintain the posture and the best part was the cool top. Initially, I was not sure if it was a marketing thing, but when I received and used it, it actually felt cooler. Overall I loved the product and will recommend buying it.

Some 2-3 months back i was looking for a new mattress and saw some ads for The Sleepcompany on Instagram. Then i explored their website and really liked the product. But before investing so much and that too for a long commitment i wanted to experience it first. So i visited one of their experience centre in Noida. And this mattress truly felt like a cloud soft. Then i ordered same from Amazon. Now it’s been a month I’m using this mattress. It’s really the best mattress I’ve ever slept on.I’ll definitely update my feedback once few months or a year pass on.
