Okay, first of all, I’ve never used this product before, and I just found out that I am gluten intolerant. I wanted to use this for Thanksgiving, but since I haven’t used it, I decide to make it early as a “trial run”I usually put a little bit of chicken thighs in my dressing anyway in previous years so what I did is I boiled my chicken thighs in Pacific foods organic gluten-free chicken broth, added my seasoning salt, garlic, pepper, etc… next, I shredded the chicken thighs and put them at the bottom of my casserole dish and put in one can of Pacific foods cream of chicken, one can of Pacific foods, cream of celery, and a half a cup of unsweetened almond milk ,and mixed that in with the chicken on the bottom… I prepared the dressing according to the directions and then I placed it on top of the chicken .. I baked it uncovered for about 30 35 minutes. The top came out light golden brown, the perfect amount of crunch, and it was creamy and delicious! My family loved it. They all went back for seconds and thirds and there was not any leftovers.!!! This is a winner winner Thanksgiving dinner!!!

I have tried several gluten free stuffings and have not been too thrilled with any of them. This particular brand has tasted well to me before, but when I tried to get it at the grocery store, they were all out. I came on Amazon intending to buy their other box of stuffing, and I then saw this new type which is fast cooking. I used chicken broth instead of water, and cooked as directed. It tasted really good to everyone, even those who are not gluten free. I must add that we found when you put a little McCormick's Gluten Free Turkey Gravy on the stuffing, it becomes amazing! Will definitely purchase again!

Needing gluten free bread crumbs, I’ve purchased this brand numerous times through Amazon or other brick and mortar stores. It never disappoints. I order the plain version since I prefer to add my own herbs and spices. I go a bit lighter in my own salt, as the breadcrumbs are a bit salty on their own. Then again, I don’t like overly salted foods, so if you like salty foods, you’ll love it.

Pros:We like that these come in "plain" so they won't interfere with other seasonings in recipes.The crumbs are soft enough and small enough to actually stick to the food you roll in them. That's true whether the food is fried or baked.They are gluten-free. It's hard to find gf crumbs in stores.Cons:Unfortunately the crumbs aren't completely plain, they're actually very salty. We have to remember to omit the salt in our recipes if we use these.Because they're fresher crumbs than most, they have shorter expiration dates. We bought ours the end of November and they expire near the end of January. Hopefully we'll use them up before then. To keep them fresher we transferred them to glass jars with screw-top lids.

I bought the stuffing for Thanksgiving and being GF was looking forward to it. First, I ordered the double pack and received only one spice packet so one box doesn’t have any seasoning. Moving forward and still having high expectations it was disappointing. It didn’t cook as described and it was more like a bread texture. I tried making it more desirable by putting more herbs, cooked it longer to get the soggy bread texture to dry out and still not good. Definitely not for everyone.

This is great gluten-free stuffing, always enjoyed by all my friends, not just the gluten-free ones. It’s hard to get in our local stores, but so quick and easy to order from Amazon. I always like to have this on hand for special occasions.

I think something is missing from the spice packet because it has created a bland product. I was willing to pay for this extremely expensive stuffing if it ticked all of the boxes. But it didn’t. Low sodium Stove Top is a lot cheaper and even though it has a lot of ingredients, some questionable, it tastes a lot better.I will make mine from scratch next time.

This is fantastic! It is very tasty and easy to make. I suggest putting in a little bit more liquid than it calls for, but that might just be a preference.
