The wooden handle is held on by a single screw on either side. The screws constantly become loose. Every single time I use it I need to tighten them. Inconvenient, but even this only works for so long because the wood that the screw is being constantly retightened into eventually wears away.They needed to design the handle with two screws either side.I've had to return - which is a real shame and the size, weight and overall look of the press is very nice.

The handle came off, had to fit another wood piece myself to make it sturdy

If you're a smash burger fan, this tool will really help you to recreate them at home. It's super sturdy and heavy duty so don't smash with too much gusto!

I’ve used and bought many of these.I was put off at first by it’s size, but actually being larger really helps. Great product.
