Works great but be aware of limitations
I would echo what one of the other reviewers said..This item works fine as long as you aren't operating the suppressor at exceedingly high temperatures for long periods of time. If you want to run multiple mags through your (legally owned) full auto MP5 or dump 6 mags through your AR, I recommend taking the cover off first. Ive been running this on my Dead Air Sandman S and the fit is close enough though I may upgrade in the future. Regardless of which you choose, I highly recommend getting some sort of cover for your suppressor. The first time it saves you from taking skin off from touching a several hundred degree can will make the investment worthwhile.

Not made for anything but maybe a bolt gun
Took it to a 2 short (3 hour) carbine to pistol transitions course. I did ok when we were shooting a couple rounds here and there. Once the speed picked up a little it began smoking. Pulled it off to finish rest of the course. It might have mad it through 90 rounds over an hour before it died. Very unimpressed. Have already started the rerun process. Disappointed for the SilencerCo name. It feels quality made but does not stand up to head at all. The Velcro melted quick.

Saves my hands from burns when checking for tightness between shots as well as removal. Greatly reduces the mirage but if your looking at purchasing this you already know that it does all of that!

Looks cool and has saved me from burning myself and a lot of other things
A lot of people will tell you that the velcro will melt are right if your running it really hot! But as long as your not doing mag dump after mag dump after mag dump then if will handle the heat just fine.

Looks cool but velcros melted after normal usage. They recommended shooting one mag per minute. It will burned two of three straps. I wasted $80

WTF YOU EXPECT!!!!!
JUNK!!! And NOPE NEVER BOUGHT. WAS SMART ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT IF THE FBI WASENT A PROBLEM THAT THE BULLET(S) FIRING OUT AT AROUNT 1100fps WOULD EASILY BE ENOUGH TO MELT DESTROY ANY NO METAL COMPROMISER/SILENCER!!!!
