Bad Reviews Are Due To Poor Assembly Not Poor Product
Let me say I understand why there are bad reviews, there were no clear instructions in the box, the end, then handles and the tines can be assembled incorrectly and you may not notice until you try to use it. The tines appear to go either way but a close examination shows there is one 1 way to push them in that allows the holding nut to actually go is deep enough for a secure fastening. The same can be done with the handle, I had to take mine apart 2 times before I got everything right but once it was correctly assembled it worked perfectly. I had a large tree taken down recently and the stump removal left me with a big mudhole that I tried to throw some grass seen over with little luck due to birds and storms. I use this on the entire area (about a 30 ft circle) and then put out the grass seed and it made a world of difference. Even with the assembly problems I have to give this 5 Stars for performance and value. I should also note that there are 2 holes in the handle for attaching the tine assembly and again, only 1 way allows you to get the screw in deep enough to allow a secure fastening.

Low quality.
It’s cheaply made, the handles do not fray in place. It should be returned.

Poor quality
Worked well for about 5 minutes. ,the pieces don't stay together and there is nothing keep them together, so constantly falling apart. One of the "metal" blades broke off. Honestly like cheap tin

Careful
This will probably work well if you have small raised beds with bagged potting soil. But if you're putting in larger raised beds and using delivered top soil, it's not sturdy enough to break up dirt clods.
