Very easy and quick to set up. I used for paddleboards and it works perfect.

So disappointed by this product. I used it one time and on the first use the strap adjuster broke. Also, the stitching for the straps is already coming loose. I know I can replace the strap adjuster, but I would expect it to hold up for more than one use. The worst part is I’m too far out of the return window (30 Days) and have to keep it even though I was only able to try it out for the first time a day ago. Guess I should have paid better attention to the return guidelines before I waited to try it.

I liked the product cause it was quick to install and remove. I however don’t like the way the buckles are make onto the pads cause when you go to tighten on them there’s a lot of press pulling up on them. The second time I used them I was tightening down my kayak on my car and on of the buckles broke off the paddle

Seem to be well made, but absent any instructions on installation. You can find similar rack installation videos on YouTube, but I prefer official guidance from the manufacturer.

Whilst this seems to do the basic job, it feels a little wobbly when our kayak is on top. There was zero guidance on the correct/best way to fit it the car to get the best fit/stability. It's up to the user to figure it out, and it's not excactly obvious which straps to use where and how to secure them to each other.

Can't complain yet

This rack broke after just two uses. The stitching of the ties tore from the main rack piece. Luckily my car was parked and there was no danger involved, but had I been driving this could have led to a serious accident. Also, I cannot return the defective product.

Not thick enough to protect the roof, also not as wide as my car.
