Heavy Duty 8 Inch Non Stick Fry Pan, Red

This pan is the perfect size for so many things for two people.

I purchased the 12 inch size and I'm very happy with it. It's heavy enough to be durable, but not too heavy for my arthritic hands to pick up. It is definitely non stick and I like the color red. I bought it as a replacement for an old pan, and I believe that next month I will buy the 10 inch pan as another replacement. I hate shopping, so it's nice to be able to find what I am looking for on Amazon.

Amazon needs to change its photo that accompanies this product. While the label contains most of the same information, there is a critical difference, which was the reason for the purchase of this pan -- the dimpled heading surface in the picture is NOT what is on the surface of the pan that shipped, which is smooth teflon. I've been cooking on dimpled teflon for years, and have been having an increasingly difficult time finding it. I was very excited to buy a pan that featured it. Extremely disappointed and feel misled.

This may be a nice little non-stick pan on a regular stove, but I bought it for use with an induction stove. Be warned - if you have an induction stove, this pan will not get hot enough to cook with. It has a thin steel disk imbedded in the bottom, so it will register on your stove (induction stoves don't even try to heat all-aluminum pans) but the disk simply does not generate enough heat to cook with. Even after many minutes of pre-heating on power boost, it barely exceeded lukewarm. With the right cookware, induction stoves are capable of getting insanely hot insanely fast but this is NOT the right cookware.

Nice heavy pan. Great size and pretty color.

This product is excellent and more durable and non stick than most brand names. Very is to wash and handle doesn't get hot while cooking. the price is more than reasonable.
