I use these to snip my cross stitch threads. Because I finish threads on the front of my fabric, I need scissors that allow me to get right up against the fabric, but without the danger of cutting other threads or the fabric itself. These work perfectly for that. Plus, the long, spring loaded handles make them easier to use than most embroidery scissors, and the narrow sharp tips make snipping threads in crowded areas a snap. I like the all-stainless steel construction, for durability and long life. The quality is superb, highly recommend for anyone serious about their needlework hobby.

Using it to cut jump stitches cuts them short and neat.

I bought them to cut jump stitches on my machine embroidery.They cut first time even the smallest jump stitches.I am sure I will find many other uses for them.I bought two pairs.

I have arthritis in my hand and the handle on these is arthritis friendly. They are super sharp and just what I needed or my machine embroidery. I will purchase again.
