I ABSOLUTELY love this waist trainer. The material is great , feels almost like rubbery. There’s no hurtful metal wire in it to poke into your thighs while you sit & you adjust as you go. I’m mostly a size large to medium in shirts so I picked a large & it fit great!

Really holds you in!!! The added straps I am not so sure add much to the waist trainer. I suppose that as you become more fit this allows you to extend the use of the product as you can make it tighter. The shoulder straps were wide and comfortable. In my opinion, the waist trainer is just too STIFF and too HEAVY to wear comfortably for dynamic workouts or daily use. I prefer a lighter fabric that blends in with your body and movements and yet provides support. I bought an L (185 lbs) and it fit well; and I would not consider going up on size as it would add more weight. I returned it because I would not wear it due to its weight.

The media could not be loaded. 10/10 waist trainer!!!! I went with a XXL & I could have really gotten away with an XL bc I’m already on the last hooks! I’m 5’3 weight around 218lbs, for reference I wear a size 12-14 in jeans depending on brand. I like that this waist trainer is on the longer side so it cover me pretty well. The snatch is amazing holds everything in, its tight but not to the point it’s uncomfortable. I will say size down because on their size chart they were recommending me to get a size XXXXL. Besides that good waist trainer no digging or poking I will try & wear it to work tomorrow but so far very sturdy & functional definitely a bang for your buck!!

I'm 6 feet tall and it is too short for me. This would be perfect for a shorter person. Oh I wish it fit because it felt really good on and gave me good posture. If only it was long enough.

I have a waist trainer I’ve had for years that works great… but it’s got nothing on this one. It helps with back support, and has already brought my waist down an inch in only a couple of weeks… BUT I wear it everyday for 6-8 hours and it’s uncomfortable to get used to but the trainer itself is incredibly comfortable, stays in place, and is super adjustable. It’s a little bulky for under clothes but GREAT for workouts. Overall very happy with my purchase!

Says xl but fit no one besides tiny 11 old year who weights 80 lbs. has no stretch to even close clasps. I returned it to find something better. So unless your really skinny less than 95lbs this will not fit you and is no where near true to any size.

I took a shot ordering this due to all the great reviews! Definitely worth the buy!! I’m currently 5’3 and weigh 257 so 4X fit perfectly snug on the first hook which I wanted! Will be buying a size down in the future! Only thing I didn’t like was the torso was short on me. But that’s doable to still wear.
