I had a small problem with my usb they sorted it within a few days they couldn’t do enough for me. excellent service from this company highly recommend. item arrived very well packaged.

Nice bit of kit, but has it's limits
Hmmm... I'm on the fence.It is a fun machine, and pretty capable. Slow, but for the money it's very good. I've run out of things to print from Atomstack's own software program and so I downloaded Lightburn as per the instructions which came with the machine, but they want £95 a year to use it, and so back to Atomstack programs, which, is not versatile. Doesn't seem like it is compatible with any other format other than .atom files. Been looking for days online for more designs to import into Atomstack, but it's very hard to find anything compatible.Very limited, not convinced it's worth the money, I will probably buy a different make next time.

So much trouble…..
I purchased direct from AtomStack and have to say I wish I hadn’t. Nightmare long list of problems. Questionable results. Very expensive for what it is. I will send back for an Xtool.
