Brand New so ...
It's brand new, so works very well! Will probably last 3-5 years with our 3 miniature equines with optimal results.We like the saved effort a new rasp gives you, so we are the type oh who would rather buy a new one then have to work harder with one that is starting to dull out. Experience tells me that this will last anywhere between three and five years. The number of foals born, or people that we help will determine whether it's three years or five years. It's a good quality rasp.We DO recommend this rasp, you may also want to pick up a good set of handles for the rasp.

This rasp is dull and will not remove hoof properly. I am a professional farrier and thought I would try it out. I will never buy another.

Doesn't stand up to continued use
The first two times I used this rasp it did great. After that, it went downhill fast. It does not seem to last well.
