Yeah! I don't know how it would work mixing with lipsticks but the colors work well on lips. i recommend sealing it with translucent powder and final seal to make it stick extra well (i wore it on my lips for a solid day without needing to reapply because of the sealing)

Q: What effects can this be used for?

This wheel provides unlimited character options. Colors can be layered for intensity and thinned with several drops of alcohol and a brush to create a translucent wash. Blood shades are great to simulate various subtle injuries (fresh or healing). Create burns, bruises, aging and other character effects. Set with neutral set colorless powder.
