I purchased this to replace my broken keypad surround since the clip broke and the keypad was dangling. You can use a small flat head screwdriver or something similar to remove the buttons from the plastic surround on the new one, then do the same for the broken part and simply press the new surround on the existing keypad then click it in place on the door pillar.

Like almost everyone else here I just needed this for the bezel part. I added some super glue to hopefully make the clip that constantly breaks more robust.Someone should make a metal version of this and sell it for $100 with a guarantee that it won’t break and they’d make a killing.

3 months, already has a light out on one of the numbers

Truck did not come with keyless entry modified OEM and installed. Wires were in door and instantly worked.

While I did not use the entire part .. the cover over the keypad is why I purchased. It was easy to remove and replace over my original keypad. Looks and fits like an OEM part.

Keypad worked flawlessly on a 22 F150 XL that didn't have the key pad from factory. Compared this keypad to my wife's 22 F150 that had the OEM keypad and you can't tell the difference. Virtually the same keypad but at a better price than you can get at the dealership. Will need to buy the trim panel and use Forscan to finalize the installation. I saved hundreds of $ doing it myself.
