Typos, Grammar Issues, Religious-ish Message
The pictures and the story were actually good, but, the execution wasn't! There were several typos in the text (e.g. the use of ''i'' or ''c'' instead of the Turkish ''ı'' or ''ç''.) The separation of "de" as a grammar rule- that educated Turks are very careful about- was violated multiple times. The equivalent of this would be confusing "you're" with "your" in a kids book. Also, the little bird's mom gave her advice at the end about how confident she should be, because "Allah created us" like this. I wasn't expecting a creationist message at the end about how diverse the nature can be. No children book in the US would end up with a religious note like this unless the book is sent to you by your church/temple by free. Again, the book could have been amazing, but all these were really multiple no-nos.

Not into it.
Cute illustrations. Poor use of language which is not super kid friendly. My kids did not care for these books at all. Plus there is a clear religious angle in the book which I did not appreciate. I would expect more neutral views. Or no views at all. It's a children's book ffs.Plus it came all wrinkly.
