Parmalat Lil' Milk 2% Low Fat Milk, 8 fl.oz

I've tried this brand in both 2 percent and whole milk now, and although it's not too bad, I have noted a strong aftertaste that I'll describe as a "cooked milk" taste. This brand so far seems to be the one that has that taste the most. I have noted that the two percent doesn't quite have as much of that aftertaste as the whole milk, so I am wondering if percentage of milkfat is a factor.Anyway, if it didn't have that aftertaste I'd rate this four or five stars.The brand that seems to have the least amount of the aftertaste is Organic Valley. From now on I suspect when I do order UHT/shelf stable milk that I'll be buying that brand instead.
