I ordered this product to see if it would help with my low energy, menopause weight gain and sluggish digestion. I am pleased with the product so far. They are relatively small gummies, easy to chew and taste great. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. I'm not sure if they are helping just yet. I've only been using them for a couple of weeks. But hoping for the best.

Love the whole food nutrients in a sugar free vitamin. Kids 5+ can take 1 gummy daily and adults 2 daily.My girls ages 8-11 love the taste and don't complain about taking them:) we have tried all sorts of vitamins and this is the first they don't complain about.
