It’s not a real shockwave machine. Don’t waste your money.

Very surprising to say, this is actually NOT the first Shockwave Therapy Machine that I have bought. I am very intrigued that this type of technology worked to its standard and eased body and muscle pain for my grandfather. I bought the same machine around February of 2023 for my grandfather's birthday. A couple of weeks ago, my grandfather accidentally dropped his original Shockwave Machine when putting it on the table. Since he broke that machine, he asked me to find a new machine for him on the Internet. I was recommended this product by a friend of mine (this Shockwave Therapy Machine is more affordable than the original one that I bought). From what I have heard from my grandpa so far, this entire product worked/looked, and functioned the same as the one that I bought him a year ago (including the same old problem of small buttons that he cannot see). I recommend buying this machine since it is more affordable than most others in the field while providing the same function.Below is another review that I wrote on the same Shockwave Therapy Machine I bought last year from a different company. I am surprised by how well this machine has performed. My grandpa reached out a few days ago asking me where I bought this machine since his friends wanted to buy one after trying it a few times. According to him, this product was able to reduce and ease most of his pain effectively. He loved the variety of changeable massage heads/options and how all of those could be stored in a tiny box (compared to his massage chair). He also pointed out a problem with this product: the mode-switching buttons could sometimes be challenging to press (the interface is also slightly confusing). The product itself is good. Everything worked properly. However, I bought this to help with a frozen shoulder. I was not sure whether to leave the blue rubber piece on and it did not say anything about it in the instructions. I used it one time and one time only. It beat the heck out of my shoulder and left a bruise. I’m on the thin side and boney so it was hard to use because you aren’t supposed to hit bone. This is just my experience with it but did want to let people know it packs a punch. I did return it and has no issues.
