Absolute garbage. Firstly don't believe it adheres underwater!
It wouldn't even adhere with slight condensation in a skylight void, despite drying with a paper towel continuously as I went! I'd dried and degreased first but obvy in this winter weath a continuous small amount of condensate forms. Utter garbage!!
